Ingredients

• 1 tsp of E3AFA^® or 2 Tablespoons of E3Live^®
• ½ tsp of phytoplankton dried
• 4 tbsp of high-quality olive oil (or hemp oil or any good quality oil)
• ½ tsp of maca root
• 1 tsp of coconut vinegar (or organic apple cider vinegar)
• 2 small pieces of chopped burdock root
• 1 small handful of fresh nettles or a tsp of dried nettles
• A pinch of cayenne or pinch of turmeric (optional)
• Water for consistency (depending on how thick you want it)
